As I mentioned earlier, the issue occurs when using the plugin together with Composer and Acorn from Roots.io.

This is not limited to WPForms Lite; other plugins also run into similar compatibility problems due to the version of psr/log they bundle. You can see a reference in the following URL: Compatibility | Acorn Docs | Roots

Specifically, starting from version 1.9.5, WPForms Lite ships an outdated psr/log package inside its vendor folder. From what I can see, it is locked to ^1.0.0, which causes conflicts with modern environments that rely on newer releases.

Regardless of this particular conflict, it would be advisable to upgrade psr/log to a more recent version to ensure broader compatibility.
