Edit: Even without a background coloer the tooltip is transparent for some reason. Makes it impossible to read the tooltips content.

On the upper you see my problem. The background is transparent. The other hover is the last line so there is no disruptive factor and its working correctly. But how I can fix the hover background to not be transparent?
