Thanks for your reply. May I ask how you have managed to see the submissions? I mean, what should I do to be able to track the submissions?

Is the problem with the submission resolved yet? We used to be able to track our submissions but this feature has recently not been working and we get a blank page instead. Would you be able to solve this or we should use another plugin for creating our forms?
