Thank you for your guidance.
I have implemented the suggested approach using the Contact Form to Any API plugin to trigger the Brevo transactional email endpoint.
However, I am now encountering the following error response from Brevo:
"code": "missing_parameter", "message": "sender is missing"I would like to mention that:
- A sender is already configured and verified in Brevo (under Senders & Domains)
- The transactional template being used also has a sender defined
Despite this, the API still returns the “sender is missing” error.
Could you please clarify:
- Whether the sender must always be explicitly passed in the API request, even if it is already set in Brevo/template?
- Or if there is something missing in how the request is being triggered via CF7?

Since this is a live production website, it is not feasible for us to deactivate the active theme and plugins, as it may disrupt the website functionality and impact users.
We would appreciate it if you could suggest any alternative debugging methods, logs, or specific checks that can help identify the issue without requiring deactivation of the theme or plugins.
