Does this ONLY happen in Beta? Did it happen in the stable 4.2.2. version as well? Does it happen in Beta 3?

I am resizing text area with mouse as stretching text area as big textarea. So, I can write anything and can check what I done with textarea inputs

I think this code is added for new customizer (menu) because I am getting same alert when I am trying to exit with customizer and I already changed some menu reoredring in customizer.
