Hi @mbrsolution , I managed to correct the problem.

I’ll I had to do was uncheck the “Use Google reCAPTCHA as default:” checkbox under “Captcha login” section on “Brute Force” settings page.

Now the captcha is appearing correctly and I can login.

Hey, @mbrsolution , thanks for the reply.

I deactivated all the firewall rules and still didn’t work. Guess it’s another thing, any other tips?
