The temporary solution is rollback to previous Elementor version (3.27).

Confirmed, I have the same problem. In my case there is a conflict with the Orbit Fox by ThemeIsle plugin. After disabling Orbit Fox, elementor works fine.

I also confirm that updating to version 2.10.42 solves the problem of disappearing Elementor Addons and Widgets.
