I’m not sure what email the account was created under so that’s the problem. It was created before my time at the company and no one seems to have any information. So how can I get support?
I’m also having this issue on the latest wordpress, latest metaslider pro and php 8.3
I was having an issue on an older metaslider pro where the page would go white any time I tried to make a change but now I’m having an issue of no changes saving and the slider is just a list showing 1 image that has no nav etc. How do I revert back to older versions?
