Sorry, I just realized FileZilla is mac compatible and signed up for it (I clicked on the Cyberduck link and was redirected to Egnyte originally).
I have a call in to get access to the filesystem on the server. Thank you so much for your guidance and advice! I will let you know as soon as I have access and everything is running smoothly again…

I am not the person who created the site in the first place…will I need to contact the web designer for access to the files? Or, now that I’ve signed up for egnyte, is there a way to navigate to the files on the www? I’m sorry, I’ve never worked with FTP before…
