The PHP version on the server side is 4.1.2. Need another?

The server use MySQL 3.23.54, phpMyAdmin 2.5.3…and the wp-config.php file is correct. Do you need more info? After doing the three steps i get this url:www.mysite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to= and a error 400. The files are installed on a directory called /wordpress. And in the MySql database there is nine entries with the wp_ prefix. Thanks podz.
