Stillman, I’m new to the website and not sure what changes were made to the theme if any. Is there a way to tell – a system log of some sort?
A child theme wasn’t created in any case. Is it possible to create a child theme from the main theme at this point and then upgrade from 1.4 to 1.7? If I do upgrade to 1.7 without a child theme, should I expect whatever changes were made to be lost, or does the upgrade process carry them forward?

Actually I just put in maintenance mode so I’m glad you can get to the page at all.
In any event, I did clear cache and minified CSS without any results.
How does one do a hard restart of a page? Actually, I have been having a hard time seeing the results of changes that i make even after publishing!
