    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for the reply. This is a clone of another installation which I moved using backup buddy. The original installation had no problems until I upgraded to 3.5. Then I started getting HTTP errors when I uploaded image files.

    When I updated to 3.51 it temporarily worked and I was able to upload a few images. But then I started getting HTTP errors again.

    Then I disabled Smushit and it started working for a couple more images. But when I came back to it a couple of hours later, it started giving this new error about not being able to save the file and on some files, continued giving HTTP errors.

    Thank very much. That looks like a great plug-in and can be useful for many other things.

    I did find another plug-in called “Groups” which allows you to assign a user to a group and then restrict access to certain content. If you don’t have access to a certain page – then it does not show up on the menus! This is exactly what I was looking for.

    thank you so much. I did find something similar in header.php, commented it out, and the nav disappeared.
