Anyway when i checked multiple images upload in the backend then the validation rule not working. If i unchecked multiple file upload it works.
Do you have any suggestions?

Okay great now it works. I wanted to upload multiple files to same image upload. I forgot to select multiple files at same time. I selected one by one.
