@tanvirh ,as we are the hoster company ourself and never encountered anything like this before we were reaching out here.

In the first place we thought it was a miss configuration of the Servers. After days of checking this we started with the Plugins at WordPress to investigate there.

As you never encountered something like this (and we found quite a few with exact this Problem on Google, I think it must be.part of maybe a missconfiguration of Woocommerce itself? What do you reckon?

But with this configuration of Woocommerce we have hundred’s of Page on pur Servers. Only the Dokan ones seem to make trouble. But only with the login procedure.

    Anyhow,

    have a great weekend everyone..

    Hello @tanvirh !

Thanks for your support. We have tried but did not succeed. Very strange.

    Greetings!

    Dear @fayeakuzzaman,

We have been searching for the error on Google for days and have not been able to find a solution. We have already done the following to get closer to a solution:

    • Change from www. to domain without www. – no success – check
    • Server cache was flushed – no success – check
    • Website cache was flushed – no success – check
    • Browser cookies deleted and different browsers used – no success – check
    • All plugins (really all) except Woocommerce and Dokan Lite – no success – check

As soon as we let the test site run normally, everything works if we turn off the Dokan plugin. As soon as Dokan is activated again, the site runs into the same error with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Could it be that this could be a Woocommerce setting? Woocommerce itself runs as it should without any problems as soon as Dokan is deactivated.

We have also already uninstalled Dokan and deleted the entire directory via FTP and then reinstalled it. It also runs into the same error.
After the process of elimination, it could be that something is being written into the database that we haven’t found yet when we looked through it.
It’s really annoying because we actually want to use the Pro plugin and not just the Lite version.

Any other suggestions? We would be very grateful.
Apart from that, during our intensive Google search we also saw that some people would be happy about the solution.

    Have a great day everyone!

    Edit:

We are using Storefront Theme to make sure nothing is modified.
