If you don’t have the newest (the auto-updater doesn’t always work), I’d delete the plug in, grab the newest right from woo themes and upload it again, hopefully that’ll work for you.

Mine has been doing this as well since having to roll-back the plug in because it broke my site (and installing the MBstring didn’t matter). Very frustrated!
also having the same issue, which started today as well after updating. only installed plugins are akismet, gravity forms and quick cache (installed after the issues started).
galleries were also not working correctly. Some images would load, others would not.
