WordPress and Site address URLs: unfortunely I’m editor role so I don’t have access to this place, I’ll ask it to the owner
Rest API: same about the editor
Site health: I’ll send the form to the owner of the website, so it will be replied privately

Thanks Mark but I solved it deleting the plugin from the server, was really urgent, I can’t belive this happened in the worst moment.
