Following on from the above, we’ve been able to include the Arabic text in the popup, however I do have a couple more queries that I’m hoping you can help me with;
1. We have ‘on entire site’ ticked under targeting conditions but the popup seems to be opening on all pages except for the homepage on desktop (chrome, safari, firefox) and mobile (safari)?
2. We updated the content of the popup box to contain English and Arabic copy together but the English and Arabic copy are only showing together when logged in as an admin. Otherwise, when logged out of admin, only the older version (of just the English) is showing?
Note: cookies are disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
