Thank you both! I put an image after the shortcode as well as contacted WatuPRO to get the name for to the spinning dots so I could remove it from the plug-in code. It’s now gone and the last image is appearing in its place.

Ah, the last image! I didn’t think of that. I assumed it was pulling from the first image.
This is helpful as now we know that (a) the dots are an actual image and not a stand-in used by Feedly, etc., when an image isn’t coming through and (b) we should look closer at the WatuPRO code.
