The one is called MailChimp and it’s the one MailChimp has made so it uses settings from your MC account.
I’m using another plugin. The one from MailChimp though I had to add a bit of code to get what I wanted. I gave up on MailChimp for WordPress.
It’s the free version. I want to try it first before I buy.

I’m having the same problem. When I generate code and click the “Add to form” button nothing gets added to the box. I paste the code into the box, then no correct form. See it here.
