I also cleared my cache, reloaded the page and tried it in a different browser.
Any other suggestions?

The Username and Tour name are the same: Cappella and the password is tours. I login as Cappella and tours and still get this url: http://creativegroupmi.com/ctc/my-tour/hrist-the-King%20=>http:/creativegroupmi.com/ctc/package/christ-the-king#
What am I missing?
There is no registration for this site. We are determining the users and providing our clients with their user name and password. I just need to direct to a specific url based on the user login.
