I did not have a product image earlier and after installing it again I added a product image as well and now it is working. Not sure what fixed it but thank you for trying to help. Really appreciate your great support.

Not even to the page the tabs belong to.It works if I add a link to the same page where my tabs exist but I can’t get that to work from an external page. My requirement is to link to an anchor on page 1, tab 2 from an external page.
Please help.
