Hello, and thank you for your response,

I’ve already confirmed with WordPress.com support that the GD (GD2) PHP extension is enabled by default on all plugin-enabled environments, including mine.

    ✅ The image loads perfectly:

In the Media Library and when accessed directly via URL

In the certificate editor preview inside Masteriyo

❌ However, it does not render in the final certificate output (PDF or download version).

    I also tested with:

.jpg and .png formats (RGB, 150 DPI, no transparency)

    Small image sizes

Reuploading and reselecting the image from the media library

Since GD2 is enabled and the image is fully accessible, the issue seems to lie in the rendering process used by Masteriyo for certificate output (likely HTML2Canvas or PDF generation).

    👉 Can you confirm:

Which rendering engine is being used (domPDF, html2canvas, or other)?

Whether there are known limitations with external image URLs in that engine?

Any workaround (e.g., embedded base64) supported in Masteriyo’s current certificate system?

This is a critical feature for our e-learning platform, and any technical clarification would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
