in my opinion, you are still acting negligently and risking the loss of customer data and worse,
even I told you about alle Details some month ago.

You’re not telling the truth your customers as you argumentet that you development team like to get sure, that there is no vulnerabiltiy in what is used in Hestia Pro. Furthermore, you promise to provide support if customers purchasing the Pro Version, but you demonstrably do not take the warnings seriously, which I can prove based on emails. Excuse be to so clear but we paid for development and support, but we didn’t get support seriouly.

Just because you consider it unlikely that the vulnerability will be exploited, you are not fulfilling your duty to cooperate.

Considering how old the Bootstrap version 3.3.7 you are using is Current Version is 5.3.7 Link, the price for the Pro version no longer justified.

Furthermore, you demonstrably do not comply with EU regulations to close or mitigate security vulnerabilities.
