What does that mean? What is the difference? I don’t know what FTP or hosting control panel’s file manager app is even though I googled. I can’t see where I can access either
How do I do that without a ww.wp.xz.cn log in though?
I am not able to log in though, so I can’t look this up. Someone else from my team was invited a few months ago and everything worked the way it should.
Since I can’t log in and check if we have the above mentioned plug in installed, is there any other way this issue can be fixed? Maybe it is an internal WordPress error.
Could someone from the WordPress team log in and remotely invite me/fix the issue?

I am not sure, how would I be able to look that up?
When I go to the link (example.com/wp-login.php) it justs prompts me to log in but the log in details I requested for wordpress.com don’t work there (which makes sense) and even when I click forget password it says that the site administrator hasn’t allowed to use that function?
