did you ever find a fix? I’m going mad trying to fix this. its so random. I’ve had other people login and they don’t have the issue. What gives here?
if you ever find a solution I’d be happy to hear it.
I change themes and everything works but other people who log in for me to try it dont have issues.

I switch browsers, no fix.
If I switch themes, it’s fixed.
I want to stay with this theme but not being able to edit products is unacceptable.
I’ve tried deleting the theme and reinstalling.

In reply to: [Virtue] cant use duplicate featurei think i’m just about to call it quits with this whole website stuff. i had my website almost complete…again, added a w3 cache and now there are so many things not working. i can’t add products properly, i click on tags nothing happens, i try to remove picturesnothing happens, i can’t add links in the product description. I’ve disabled the cache and it doesnt make adifference.
if anyone can help I’d appreciate it.

is there nothing else I can do here? i really would like this to look proper.
also, is it possible to have the catalogue page buttons read “read more” and then have the product individual page read “contact artist”.

I am also having a bit of trouble with the lining up of the products. It may be due to the fact a couple of items do nothave prices. The artist wanted them left blank so the alignment is off. I have done some changes to the sidebar (just reduced the size and moved it over to the right more)
Is there a way to get rid of the grey color in the product boxes?

is there any way to reduce the font on the sidebar? I don’t want to change the over all size of the font, just the font size on the sidebar.
also, i cant seem to get the color of the font on the prices on my products, if you view the page, you can barely see the price.

In reply to: [Virtue] Child ThemeRegarding using a child them – is it necessary to use if you are just changing options (colors, menu, icons, etc.) on the themes pages? I am not rewriting anything on the theme so not really sure if it is needed.
when wordpress and or virtue is updated and you are using a child theme, does it change the parent theme as well. If you child theme becomes corrupt or disfunctional do you resort back to the parent theme and if so, how does it stay updated with all your changes made to the child theme. sorry but I’m trying to wrap my head around this before I activate my child theme.

In reply to: [Virtue] Price Slider & other widgets CSSI have a bit of the same problem, if I don’t put a price on the product, then there is an alignment issue with the products that do have a price. I cannot type in a $$ dollar sign as it only accepts numeric entries. I added the codes above but it did not change. I don’t really need the 2nd code as my add to cart buttons are all the same size. It’s the adding in of the price that affects it.
also how do i change the font color on the add to cart buttons?
