Abd’s original response: Hi, You only need the *Pro version* activated for the plugin to work correctly. There is no need to keep both the free and Pro versions active at the same time. Best regards,
I deactivated the free version based on this reply as seen in my email, and all the filters disappeared on the site’s front end, as well as the tab to edit them in the admin area. It would be a good idea to reply to your reply before you edit anything if you realize you are giving out wrong information.
Due to the frequent changes in support staff, the plugin’s delisting from wordpress, and the poor quality of recent updates, I am starting to wonder whether the product I paid for is worthwhile, or I should consider switching to another filtering plugin… It seems like some things may be going on behind the scenes that we are not being informed of.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] 3.1.7 not tested wellBefore, the filter would have had non-default colors, and use our logo instead of the default when filtering. When the update happened, all of these settings were reverted to the default on all 50 of the filters on our website.

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] 3.1.7 not tested wellHi, we had the same issue. Updated, and all of a sudden all of the appearance settings have reverted to default. I will be going back to the prior version as well.
I was able to fix this issue by pressing the “Start indexing product parameters” button in the general settings.
Update, it now appears to be showing around 40 products. However, this is still only around half of the products that should be showing up…
Update, I am on the wrong plugin forum.
What do you mean? I am seeing both the shop page and the filter at the top. @fesupportteam

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New Cart Block Formatting IssuesThis is what the “place order” button and the product section in the checkout looks like: https://snipboard.io/4FEPWT.jpg https://snipboard.io/zMVN5D.jpg
However, on the cart page, the “proceed to checkout” and product sections look like this: https://snipboard.io/F3ZOy2.jpg https://snipboard.io/yz7jRv.jpg

In reply to: [Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW] Only show in/ out of stock productsI’ve added the pro version, how do I switch to it? Is the only way to switch to pro by reinstalling the plugin?
Thank you, it appears to be resolved. I have to back fully out of the page and go back in for it to show new changes.
Working on this now and having come success. However, on the filter display, the product count list for some tags shows up incorrectly as “(0)” while other tags show the correct number. When I hit filter on the tags displaying incorrect numbers their products still show up. Any idea what could be wrong?
