I have tried enabling this option inside settings screen for the text area, however the edit bar is not displaying in the editor. What could cause this to happen?

In reply to: [WP Frontpage News] qTranslateI managed to resolve this by not displaying actual title of the news block in your plugin settings, but supplying my own outside of widget call with qTranslate code I provided above.
