2. To display Thumbnails, go to Posts section and check show thumbnails.

You should update the plugin because the error coding was fixed long time ago. My current code doesn’t contain deprecated pass-by-reference argument &$cp_str.

I checked your website and I notice the following:
From Cameron, Alick (a, 36-40) to Vere Hodge, Francis (c, 33-35), there are titles when you click on the link. But the rest of the posts don’t have titles.Compare the posts that have titles with the ones that don’t have.
