I have a similar issue here.
My settings are configured to show a static page as the home page. This page is translated with Polylang.
If I go to / it redirects to /langauge-code/page-slug and display the page correctly
But if i go to /langauge-code it stay there and display the list of post
I disabled the extension, replaced the files by version 1.9.13 and replaced gallery tables in the database with a backup done before the update.
