Hm, I don’t quite agree.
Events Manager is set up in a way, that I can have all its emails being formatted via the WP HTML Mail. So the formatting is great and controlling, who receives what, is still comfortably controlled via EM.
EM itself is certainly not the place, where I want to design the layout of my emails, because there is no central place to administrate this. Would I add design to EM, I had to do it at least for each action.
The WP HTML Mail plugin on the other hand side lets me control for the most prominent email service, where it shall be used – fully, partially or not at all. Eg I can disable it for the theme etc.
Therefore, as much as I liked the general idea of your plugin, not being able to include it with the general CI/CD makes it not really usable. EM at least is able to make use of the central CI/CD via WP HTML Mail. Yours would need to shift design, where it does not make sense or do copy&paste design with every single email manually. Sorry, but then I better send emails from a dedicated system per event, outside of wordpress.

@netweblogic people have mainly problems with the paid and not with the free version. The support, which does not work, relates to the paid version primarily. And the list of the same reported bugs, where hardly anything works anymore, is huge in the meanwhile.
The update to the pro version of this plugin literally broke every existing installation. And people have now been waiting since days for a reply.

Since the last update this week literally nothing works anymore, if you want to change data around an event. Looking forward to get this fixed.
Exact same experience. Since last update nearly nothing works anymore. This is plain crap. And to me it looks like:
– they hired cheap support people in APAC, who always ask the same stuff
– they have no developers, except the original authorUsed to work, but that’s over. If anyone wants to sell professional tickets, then stay away from this. Time to move to better places – there are too many better options.

– existing dates don’t display anymore
– new dates can’t be set
– coupon codes can’t be assigned, cause link does not work anymore
– new tickets can’t be added, cause link does not work anymoreReported these bugs to the support forum. But to be honest, other people have been doing the same for the same issues since days. But the only thing they get are question, if the have the proper setup or could go to safe mode.
I think I also read, they’d ask the developers. But it doesn’t look like there are any.

I supplied you page and login information for our staging site. Basically everything works fine, as soon as a campaign is not attached with geo targets.
btw: due to our need I started trying the GeoTargeting Lite plugin yesterday, which works fine
