It’s a special character issue but as a workaround change the name of the keyword to Plug And Play then add Plug&Play as synonym beneath the post page, it worked for me

I see that the “Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).mediaelementplayer is not a function” js error message is still showing and it seems like a cache issue so please empty all your caches if have more than one and see what you get

Actually we use specific class selectors with the prefix ttpy_ or bluet_ in order to allow site owners to adapt tooltipy templates with their needs especially each site has his own theme/style
But yes we could allow more options in order to simplify styling
About the additional css required I recommend to play and test with css code with the assistance of ChatGPT to get your desired style
About the animation issue the device’s browser may reduce or disable animations to save battery or due to “Reduce Motion” settings, so please try to use a different animation then test on your phone to make sure or check if the “Reduce Motion” setting is enabled on your phone

Actually most of them needed some css adjustments and I did them for you using your theme customiser.

Thank you for the credentials, I fixed the issue, you are using the “Remove unused css” option and I had to add the tooltipy css files in the safelist section to prevent from being deleted

Actually we haven’t noticed something similar but I suggest you something:
Try to activate Tooltipy for a quick while then make 2 screenshots, one for the visible issue and the other for the console of the browser so I get what is going wrong
You can also contact me by email if you could give me a temporary admin access so I can check closely myself

Ok you are right, I apologize for that even if in this support section anyone can help through out this other than the plugin author, but I understand Tooltipy is not that popular 😀
Anyways, what I did is installing an outdated version of Tooltipy on my live site and tried the auto update and the manual update and it works properly without any issues
If I misunderstand you and what you mean is that the WP core can’t update, try to disable Tooltipy then update the core and see to make sure if Tooltipy is responsible or not.
Also if you can mention the error message from WP regarding any Tooltipy file, that would be helpful for debugging too
