How can we show you the issue if the problem is occuring on our users browsers and working well on our own?

Roughly 60% of my users reported a complete inability to view the PDFs and they were all using IE 7 or IE 8. The viewer works well on all my machines so it appears to occur randomly. As the viewer behaves at present, it is unusable for my website.
