Thanks, While that does make sense to me, I have no idea of what to do to put it right, or how to go about it.

I am still waiting for the web creation support team to look at it, but as it’s taking them forever I thought it might be something that i can do myself.

I don’t meant the main menu drop down, but the product filter one inside the shop page

Yes the site is running Themify.

I have posted on their support page, thanks for your help
