Thank you. Setting the horizontal gap for the Grid block to 0 solved it. It would be nice if the change was also visible in the editor before updating, but that might be a theme/Gutenberg issue.
There’s a setting called “Published & Modified Time Gap”. Does changing it help? You can also use “Hide Modified Info on Frontend” when editing a single post.
