I did, I said I wanted to upload a .zip file. I figured it out.
That solved it, WordPress helped me with the media library and now the plugin UI is showing up. Thank you!

And I double checked, file bird is activated, it shows up in the settings accordion
You don’t seem to understand my question. I cannot upload zip files, every time I try it gives me an error.
