Hello,
I was hoping that we could sort this out easily with someone more experienced than me. I found others with a similar problem and in most cases, they found a solution.
Changing the theme is not an option at the moment. The site was build based on this theme in specifically. It was not meant to be a ecommerce at first, but lately the client decided to go this way and we found this problem now.

Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I changed the line but nothing seems to change when I open the menu on mobile.
Any other possibility that we can try?
