The fix for me was to deactivate these 2 plugins:
Online Backup for WordPress (http://www.backup-technology.com/free-wordpress-backup/)
and
Reveal IDs (http://www.schloebe.de/wordpress/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25-plugin/)Then both “Gallery Settings’ and ‘Other Options’ work again!

Having the same problem here, with session expired on Other Options
plugin version 2.0.40
on WordPress version 3.7.1.I’ve moved the site from the dev environment to the live server and need to apply this fix : http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/nextgen-is-requesting-the-wrong-url-adress
“Menu Gallery : “Other Options” => “Lightbox Effects” => (Show Advanced Settings)then change the domain, that’s all !! “
But can’t get to the other options menu.
Is there another way to fix this?
