You can edit your site at any time while NitroPack is connected.
If you configure the Cache Warmup feature, this will ensure that the old cache will be purged and a fresh one generated so your visitors can see the current content.
However, bear in mind that CSS changes would require a full manual purge. This can be performed within your NitroPack Dashboard – Optimizations tab or your WP admin panel – NitroPack settings – Purge Cache.

I noticed that there is another cache solution running on your site. Please disable all caching plugins and server cache in order for NitroPack to work as expected.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you here!
NitroPack does not serve cache to logged-in users by default. We also do not serve cache for Login pages, Cart, Account, Checkout pages for non-logged-in users.
With regards to WPML, such a setup is compatible with NitroPack. Each language can be set up as a query parameter, subfolder, or even a different domain.
In order for those query parameters or subfolders to work, all links must be added under the same Sitemap.

NitroPack comes pre-configured for best scores, all you need to do is connect it to the site.

You are right by saying NitroPack automatically combines CSS, also minifies JavaScript, CSS, and HTML resources.
If this is not the case for your site, the most common reason for that is that the pages in question are not yet optimized.

NitroPack’s CDN is built-in and is part of our pricing plan. It is strictly used to serve cache only and cannot be disabled so other CDN to take place. However, you can still use your CloudFront’s CDN and NitroPack’s CDN at the same time without any interruption in the service.

I reviewed your account and can confirm that all pages are optimized and there are no “skipped” or “redirected” ones.
Usually, this happens when categories and page types are not selected for optimization. This is configured within the Admin panel, under the “Post/Page” type settings, in the NitroPack settings.

Most probably the issue was related to a busy server. Busy servers are something that every company faces and tries to improve daily.
We have upgraded our servers and now the distribution of the load is much more stable avoiding optimizations being stuck on Pending for a long period of time.
