The state field is a dropdown, this is the problem

Hi again!

its not workingfor me,

I have a coupon assigned to a seller with which he earns a 10% commission, I would like that if someone buys this product with this seller’s code the commission is 0 for the seller, I have tried to put the name of the coupon and the username in the product options and it ignores me
