Oops, my bad; I had in fact not noticed that. But the other page, request-a-quote, definitely contains a Contact Form 7 form.
We have two CF7 pages/forms that I can think of
– https://percepio.com/contact
– https://percepio.com/request-a-quote/
The spammers probably haven’t discovered the 2nd one yet, but the contact page receives ~10 spam submissions per day.

Don’t really know, as I haven’t made a clean SmugMug install for some time, but I suppose the bug is still there sinc AFAIK the code has never been updated.
I could check and let you know.
