    @bisratlearn Now I have found the cause!
    The problem on my website is the official Woocommerce Paypal plugin (version 2.3.1).
    I forgot this the first time I tried deactivating the plugins.

    As soon as I deactivate the plugin, the shopping cart and the sticky header work normally again.

    Now I have limited the Paypal display to the checkout. Things are going better again now.
    The sticky header is still transparent when the plugin is activated, but I think this is the best solution for now.

    Hi @bisratlearn

    Thank you very much for the quick help.

    The theme and all plugins are up to date.

    Disabling the plugins didn’t change anything.

    I don’t have this problem with the storefront theme. So is it because of the theme? Storefront basically places my shopping cart differently than I actually have it.

    I didn’t enter any additional CSS in the customizer.
