I do not have a CSS Minify/Optimize plugin running. I have even put the website in safe-mode (Disabled all plugins) and the category page still has this issue.
I can’t figure out why the CSS isn’t loading.
What more information would you like? I see from looking through the support area, other people have had the problem.
