    Hello,

    Yes, I spoke about it with my hosting (SITEGROUND) and they checked it out and told me it was not at hosting level. Accordin to them it was the server was working.

    By the way just to let you know. The issue is

    *) WP onto the main domain anaulibarri.com: OK the plugin is working perfectly;
    *) WP onto the sub domain academy.naulibarri.com:KO the plugin is NOT working;

    It seems to be the monsterinsights plugin. I erased but nothing change. still not working
