This is Leo from Freemius. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please share the link to the conflicting plugin so we can try to reproduce the issue on our end? Also, just to confirm, do we simply need to activate both plugins for the fatal error to occur?
Thank you for the information, @webbymasterru. Could you clarify further what happens on your end when you visit <your_site_home_url>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius while the “document-emberdder 2.0.0” plugin is activated?
Hi @webbymasterru,
This is Leo from Freemius. Thank you for sharing your feedback! The situation you described can only happen when the SDK’s debug mode is enabled. To turn it off, just head over to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius on your site (for multisite, /wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=freemius) and toggle the on/off switch at the top. Once it’s turned off, the fs_logger table will be automatically removed.
We’ve actually improved this mechanism so that debug mode now turns off automatically 24 hours after being enabled. You can find more details here:
https://github.com/Freemius/wordpress-sdk/releases/tag/2.8.0
If it happens to stay on for longer on your site, that would be an edge case, and we’d be happy to take a closer look. Just let us know if that’s the case, and if there’s anything else I can help with!Forum: Plugins

@bfintal, based on our current observations, it appears to be a conflict with another plugin rather than a bug.
@asmaac, this is Leo from Freemius. Is there a possibility that you are using a plugin called “Docket Cache” with its “Object Cache Precaching” option enabled? If so, could you please disable it to check if it resolves the issue? If not, please contact us via support (at) freemius (dot) com. We need additional information that cannot be shared publicly to be able to investigate further.
@jack1132132 @wordplus I’d like to let you know that this has already been fixed in the SDK’s latest “develop” branch.
@jack1132132 You can actually use wget or cURL with your cron job. Or you meant that it doesn’t work with your setup?
Thank you for the information, @jack1132132. Just to confirm with you, switching to wget has resolved the issue and everything is now working well on your end?
@jack1132132 Thank you for the information. It might be related to the way wp-cron.php is triggered (i.e., PHP CLI way). We will look into it further. Did you have a chance to use cURL or Wget like in the example here? https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cron/hooking-wp-cron-into-the-system-task-scheduler/
@jack1132132 This is Leo from Freemius. Thank you for the information. Would you also please share the command that you’re using with the specific cron job?
