I am SO glad to hear that there is a solution for this, kwbridge! Thank you.
I can use an ftp yes – but I do not know how to deactivate the plugin. Do you have a quick and easy to understand guide ? Or is it easier to guide via the file manager ?

Nice hearing from you.
I have tried to deactivate all other plugin. That did not help. Also I tried to contact the developers. They told me to contact you guys ☺
I can make temp access to the backend for you if that’s any help ?
