In the meanwhile, I have solved the issue. The text in the footer was obviously too long for one row, even though it displayed on one row. By reducing the length of space between items (bank name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT), the issue disappeared.

For security reasons, WP 2FA is active and acts as a block to anyone attempting to gain access as an admin. In order to get in myself, I need to deactivate WP 2FA via FTP (by renaming the plugin folder) and then reactivate it once I am in.
Question: is it possible to deactivate the FrontEnd Login module for admins, so that they can log in via the wp-login.php page? We only use 2FA for admins. Normal subscribers do not require 2FA.

Great. That’s good to hear. That is pretty surprising seeing as WP 2FA is the only 2FA plugin that Uncanny allows.
Hopefully, a fix will come soon. In the meantime, I will continue temporarily deactivating WP 2FA via FTP to get into the site and then reactivate it when I am in.

Hi Lucian, Uncanny Toolkit said they have reached out to you and that the problem is on your end. They recommended rolling back to 2.7.0, which I did, but the error still persists.

The reason is that I have had 2.8.0 installed since last year (since at least October) and it is only recently that there have been issues. It looks like it is a PHP issue. I recently (within the last 2 months, I think) updated the PHP on all sites from 7.4. to 8.2.
I just did a rollback to 2.7.0 and the error persisted.
Hi Lucian, the error could well be coming from Uncanny Toolkit. I am running PHP 8.2 and I am getting this error:

Would you agree that this error is more on Uncanny’s side?Am running the most up-to-date versions of Uncanny Toolkit and WP 2FA on the most up-to-date version of WordPress. I can get into the site by temporarily deactivating WP 2FA in FTP

I have checked again and it seems to be working now. I will keep an eye on it. Maybe it is an intermittent thing.

With 5.6.3 in my case both an email was sent to me and a confirmation email was sent to the person submitting the form even though the (in my case) spinning circle never went away and the successful submission message never appeared.

I have also seen that other people have been able to use it without any problems.

I have rolled back to the previous version and the problem went away. I have added a link to a zip of the previous version 5.6.2 (see above) and am not experiencing problems. Just make sure automatic updates are switched off.
