I think it depends on HOW you want it to be editable. For instance, does someone have to be logged in, is it admin only? I wonder if PODS, Gravity Forms and Gravity View might work for your situation.I don’t need editable fields, but I do need to find a way to set fields for products in Woo, then display that info on the product page.

Secondly, Yes, they are on the same form, The region would populate the locations and unfortunately Conditional logic will not work. Conditional Logic only allows for Any and ALL.

If a region is selected it will populate a location drop down from the locations list.

If you also have it, delete it,leave the insert if you have that and it will remove the duplicates.I just started using this and am trying to figure it out as well.
If you get a js error, it sounds like something happened to the actual code. I would back everything up and reinstall and see if that changes anything. I am using Customer Reviews 2.4.3.. Sorry I couldn’t be much more helpful. Are you changing the css code to reposition stuff by any chance?
