I consulted that very guide before I asked this question.
I went to WPforms->settings. There is no notification on this page.
Terrible support and a sketchy product. If this keeps happening, I’ll uninstall and find a different solution
There is no RENEW SSL CERTIFICATE and STEP 1 downloads expired certificates. I had to reset and re-auth.
By the way, before downloading certs, I updated WPEncryption plugin to v5.2.4

The siteorgin CSS plugin was the right tool for me to understand what was happening.
The solution was to add an image widget plugin and use it in multiple places combined with other text widgets on the footer.
