In reply to: [Membership 2] URGENT – recurring membership incorrect date@wpmudev-support9 We have updated the payment information dates to November 2016 – Dec 2017 as mentioned above and now this does seem to be appearing on the invoices..
Why did it not appear on #7610-1 as these dates were correct and it was set to renew the end of Dec for the next year??
Can you please confirm once logged in, that next year all of the accounts will expire in Dec 17, and will be able to renew their membership for 2018 (and this will appear accordingly on their invoices)
Access should be in your invoice now.
Thanks

In reply to: [Membership 2] URGENT – recurring membership incorrect dateHi there @wpmudev-support9,
No it is a standard membership and it looks like the date rate has been changed to 1/11/2016 – 31/12/2017 to ensure people aren’t paying for just a month – so if they sign up now they will get 13 months. Would this be effecting it?
We are using paypal and stripe.
Yes the “Additional Automated Messages” is enabled.
The ‘subscription renewed’ email contains – Dear %user-first-name% %user-last-name%.
Thanks for renewing your %ms-name% subscription over at %blog-name%!
You can review and edit your membership details here: %ms-account-page-url%The Subscription – Before expires message email contains – This is just a reminder that your %ms-name% membership at %blog-name% will end in %ms-remaining-days%.
This doesn’t seem to be the problem, it seems to appear on the invoice possibly sent within ‘billing’ (payment/ receipt invoice) it says under ‘description’ ”You will pay GBP 79.70 to access from 1st January 2016 until 31st December 2016.” This is the incorrect info.
I really do need to find a solution for this because it is effecting my clients end of year revenue, people have already complained as it looks like they are signing up for the year thats past.
We were advised by WPMU DEV – Sales to make this changes and they advised they would renew properly.
Thanks
