Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for the reply. I have used two other emails with success, the emails come through to the main inbox. The email with the full stops in it does not receive anything, not even to spam.

I just wanted to check that the full stops are not causing the issue as it seems strange that is the only email not receiving anything when the other two work fine.

Had to use a different plugin in the end to get it working. I had to add an application in microsoft azure and connect it in a different way.

Yes wordfence is installed.

The error shows as “Network is unreachable”
